Founders Anita and Rob Amos are parents of two (soon to be three) Montessori students. To put it simply, Anita and Rob finally got tired of hearing at the dinner table that their son did 'nothing' at school that day. Refusing to take a preschooler's word for it, they contacted Victoria E. Whitby - Head of Media Children's House. They expressed their concerns regarding how challenging it was for parents to actively stay connected with the classroom and to truly understand the benefits of the Montessori Method. Victoria, Anita, and Rob decided to review existing software programs which had been designed to help Montessori schools, only to find that none offered the comprehensive solution they were seeking. With Victoria's over two decades of Montessori experience coupled with Anita and Rob's background in online software development, the decision was made to build a web-based system from the ground up that addressed the unique needs of the entire Montessori school community.
